Below are the essential ingredients for an irresistible EOI!

Lived experience

No one has walked a mile in your shoes, and that’s what makes your perspective so precious. Hearing real-life examples straight from the sauce  is part of the magic only found when we gather and share our experiences.

If you have learnings from the coal face; a case-study that could help people understand what to try (or what to avoid); or a personal journey that could help others reframe their thinking and doing – the AgileAus audience would love to hear it!

Clear and actionable takeaways

What will your audience leave with? What’s the desired outcome of your talk? What are they going to be able to set in motion the moment they get back to work?

Spelling out the tangible value that your talk can deliver is a must.

Sharing over selling

We know everyone has something unique to offer – but there’s never appetite for overt sales pitches at AgileAus25. Even sponsored talks (which are flagged on the program as such) are encouraged to steer away from pushing products and services and lean into content that can truly nourish the audience.

Something new, something true, something out of the blue

Novelty, originality and credibility are key ingredients to an EOI that the AgileAus community members love to sink their teeth into.

Whether your EOI revisits a tried and true approach through a new lens; presents an unconventional methodology that could make the audience reimagine their work; or something completely off-centre that people may not have even considered before – we’d love to hear your secret sauce!

We encourage AgileAus speakers, community members and audience to seek out the beauty and value in the diversity of content and representation at the Conference.
